Clair E. Frye

Holbrook-- Clair E. Frye, 56, of Holbrook, died at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 8, 1983 in Washington Hospital, follow a lengthily illness.

Born May 14, 1927 in Holbrook, he was a son of the late Charles and Frankie McVay Frye.

Having spent all his life in Holbrook, he graduated from Center Township High School and was self-employed as a construction worker. He was a member of the of the Holbrook Christian Church and served with the US Army during the Korean War.

He is survived by a brother, Raymond Frye of Holbrook; a sister, Mrs. Frances (Kay) Reilley of Glendale, W.Va.; and several nieces and nephews.

FRYE-- Friends of Clair E. Frye, 56, of Holbrook, who died Wednesday, June 8, 1983, will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday in the Robert L. Lantz Funeral Home, Rogersville, where services will be held 1 p.m. Saturday with the Rev. Garvin Hupp.
