Clara Bell Deininger

When Clara Belle Beatty was born on August 9, 1883, in Altoona, Pennsylvania, her father, Archibald Beatty, was 38, and her mother, Nancy Annie Hutchison, was 29. Her father Archibald passed away on August 29, 1883, in Altoona, Pennsylvania, at the age of 38. Her mother Nancy Annie passed away on January 27, 1898, in Altoona, Pennsylvania, at the age of 44. Living with her older siblings, she finished school and earned a teaching certificate. Taught school for 10 years in the 4th grade at Garfield School and held a 'permanant' teaching certificate, according to her wedding announcement.

She married Luther Rauch Deininger on July 7, 1913, in her hometown. They moved to Minneapolis, MInnesota.They had two children during their marriage. Her husband Luther Rauch passed away on April 9, 1950, in St Paul, Minnesota, at the age of 69. They had been married 36 years. Clara Belle Beatty Deininger died on April 20, 1960, in Minneapolis, Minnesota, when she was 76 years old. She was inurned in Lakewood Cemetery.
