  • Wm Jauncey against Jno Eustis - Wm Flowers, attorney of Mr William Jauncey against Mr John Eustis referred to ye next Court at ye motion of the Defendants and ordered that Sarah Eustis in this cause

21 May 1679

  • The Cause depending between Mr William Jauncey, Plaintiffe, and Mr John Eustic and Sarah his wife, Defendants, be referred to ye next Court and ordered ye John Eustis then putt in his answer according to Law

18 Jun 1679

  • Agt Eustis, ye suite dismist - Whereas William Flowers the Attorney of Mr William Janncey did present a Bill into this court where in he prayed that Mr John Eustis and Sarah his Wife might upon their Corporall Oaths declare whether Joseph Danby was not brought into this Country only to make out that Sarah was sole daughter to the wife of William Jauncey and soe to Mr John Cozzens deceased, and desired The Court to decree that John Eustis should pay unto him the sum of five pounds sterling being the two thirds of the costs for the passage and wages of Joseph Danby. John Eustis and Sarah his wife making out upon their Oaths that Joseph Danby was really there servant, the Court doe order that the suite be dismist and that he pay the Defendant his costs als execution.

15 Oct 1679

  • Wm Flowers, attorney of Mr William Janncey nonsuite agt Mr Eustis - whereas William Flowers, Attorney of Mr William Janncey was arrested to this Court at the suite of Mr John Eustis for a man Servant and not appearing. A non suite is granted Mr William Flowers, attorney as aforesaid, against Mr John Eustis with costs and damages according to act als Execution.
