Flag of Virginia
Lucy (Steptoe) Blackwell lived in Virginia.

Lucy Steptoe was born about 1720[1] in Lancaster, Virginia to parents John Steptoe and Elizabeth (Eustace) Steptoe. Lucy's date of birth has been reported about five different ways (1713-1720). I selected the aforementioned source because it was based on an article by Stella Pickett Hardy, known to be very well-versed in the Blackwell family.

She married about 1745 in Northumberland, Virginia to Joseph Blackwell.[2]

She died on 26 Apr 1787 in Fauquier County, Virginia & was buried in Blackwell Cemetery. [3]
