Died August 1, 1935, at the age of 65 years, 7 months, 2 days. On January 1, 1891, she was married to John Sylvester Holmes. To this union were born ten children, six boys and four girls. In due time death entered this home and the husband and father and two of the children were taken. The eight children who remain are: George of Robinson, Neelie of Rose Hill, Roscoe, Myrtle, Lee, Alice, Keenan, and Orian, all of Los Angeles. ".. was a member of the church in Yale till she came to Los Angeles in 1922. ... She was left a widow in 1914 ..."
