About Cornelio Villareal

Cornelio Villareal was a Filipino lawyer and politician. He represented the second district of Capiz at the House of Representatives of the Philippines from December 30, 1941 to September 23, 1972, and again from June 30, 1987 to June 30, 1992, from which he was the 11th Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Philippines, from March 9, 1962 to February 2, 1967, and again from April 1, 1971 to September 23, 1972.
