This is NOT Mathias Cutliff. He has a brother named Mathias so it is highly unlikely his name is also Mathias, and in sources he is referred to as Cutliff. I have not seen a single source refer to his as Mathias. Cutliff's parents are:

George Adam Harmon, Sr. &
Mary Margaret Harmon

The attached Cutliff profile's father is listed as Mathias, but that is actually his brother. Mathias has two sons listed as Cutliff. That is incorrect. Someone must have accidentally changed his brother to his father. This is the profile of Cutliff, son of Mathias who I believe the other Cutliff has been confused with:
