Langston Funeral Services Are Held At Society Hill
Prentiss, July 27 - Funeral services were held Tuesday from Society Hill Baptist church, south of Prentiss, for Dalco Langston, 48, who did (sic died) at his home in the Oakvale community. Mr. Langston was a member of a pioneer family of Jefferson Davis county. Immediate survivors are his children: seven sons, Arthur Langston, Arkansas; Alcus Langston. Parchman; Enos Langston, Columbia: Jesse Langston, Oakvale: Poley Langston, La.; Lott Langston, Greenville Maston Langston. Texas; two daughters. Miss Annie Langston and Mrs. William Douglas, Memphis; three brothers, Webb Langston, Clinton; Jesse and George Langston, Oakvale. Burial was in Society Hill church cemetery.
