He is the brother of Sarah (Farnum) Lovejoy, Henry Farnum, Ralph Farnham, Ralph Farnum IV [half], Abigail (Farnum) Abbott, William Farnham, Nathaniel Farnham, Barachias Farnham, Benjamin Farnham, Joseph Farnham and Stephen (Farnham) Farnam.

He married Hannah (Bragdon) Farnham [date unknown] [location unknown]

He married Patience Hubbard on 21 Aug 1733 in York, Maine> He is the father of Daniel Farnham Esq, Zebediah Farnham, Joshua Farnham and Olive (Farnham) Grow. Daniel died about 1746 in Georgetown, Maine.
