Rank kollezhsky registrator, in 1857. 1858 appointed as clerk of Starodub regional solicitor in 1858 Rank gubernsky serketar, 1860 Registrator of Starodub regional police office, 7.10.1863 Kollezhsky sekretar, 7.08.1865 Appointed police bailiff in Starodub 10.07.1869.
