Daniel Krause

Daniel KRAUSE born 4 June 1850 at Tarutino, Akkerman, Bessarabia, South Russia was the son of Christoph KRAUSE and Anna WARNKE.

Daniel married Justine BOGNER on the 20th of February 1876 at Tarutino. This union was blessed with 12 children; Friedrich, Ferdinand, Juliane, Louise, Elisabeth, Bernhard, Emilia, August, Infant, Maria Magdalena, Infant and Bertha.

Daniel KRAUSE was a lifelong Tarutino farmer that acquired his grandfather's farmstead (No. 82) when his father died on the 5th of June 1883. Then it consisted of approximately 98 acres with a 5 acre vineyard.

Daniel KRAUSE at age 83, died in February 1934 at Tarutino.
