David Hood

David was the third of ten children of George Hood and his wife Elizabeth Goist. He was married three times to sisters - daughters of John Harding, Sr. (1758-1838) and Magdalena Neier (1763-1839). They were:

1 Rebecca Harding (1804-1828) they had two children:

George (Phebe Wehr)
Magdalena (Owen Neff)

2 Mary Harding (1788-1862) widow of Henry Neff (1789-1825) with whom she had two children, one who died in infancy and Jonas who married Sara Row;
