Waterbury, David, Sr., Lieut., late of Stamford, will dated Mar. 24, 1703/4, probated Jan. 28, 1706/7, mentioned his wife Sarah, and children John, David, Ebenezer, Elizabeth, has had her portion, Sarah, has had her portion, and Ruth. Executrix his wife. Witnesses Joseph Turney, Joseph Knapp, and Abraham Weed, page 99. Nov. 20, 1706, codicil dated, Mercy, who was born since the date of the will, given land bought of Susannah Bell, page 99. Inventory taken Dec. 1706, by Samuel Hait, Daniel Scofield, and Stephen Bishop, mentioned his daughters Elizabeth How and Sarah Weed, and filed Jan. 28, 1706/7, page 99a.. Feb. 7, 1711/2, Isaac How acknowledged the receipt of the share of his wife Elizabeth in said estate, page 70a. Feb. 7, 1711/2, Jonas Weed acknowledged the receipt of the share of his wife in said estate page 70a.
