He married first to a woman named Jannetje Schamp on Aug 13, 1730 at Millstone Dutch Reformed Church in Somerset County, New Jersey (Note: The Millstone Church was also known as the Saurland Church until 1801, at which time it was renamed the Harlingen Church). After his first wife passed away, Dirck married for a second time to a woman named Jannetje Vlierboom on Jan 16, ;1755 at the New York Dutch Reformed Church in New York County, New York. No issue are known from Dirck's second marriage.
