Dorcas Wheeler

John Collins, son of John Collins, married third to Dorcas Swain (1657 - ~1724) on 6 Mar 1699. She was the daughter of Samuel [NO - Daniel] Swain and widow of John Tainter. She married, as her second husband, William [? - Joseph? ] Wheeler, and died May, 1734.

Joseph Wheeler, the son of Thomas & Joane Wheeler, married (1) Patience Holbrook on June 1, 1678 in Milford, Conn. and (2) Dorcas Swaine Taintor, widow of John Taintor and daughter of Daniel Swaine of Branford. His will was dated June 21, 1726 and probated September 15, 1727.
