In the will of her uncle, William Herris, gentleman, made and proved in 1622[1], Dorothie, daughter of Sir Arthur Herris, was described as the god daughter of the Testator. She was bequeathed 20 pounds to be bestowed as a piece of silver.
As she does not appear in her father's will it is assumed that she died as a child.
