She made bequests to:

her daughter Mrs Argall;

her daughter Mris Pert;

her son Mr William Bowyer and his son William;

her grandchild Miss Elizabeth Herris and her sisters Miss Anne Herris and Miss Mary Herris;

the daughter of her son Edward, and her two sons;

Her son Thomas Herris was made sole Executor. Her will was to be buried at Arnall in Essex. It was recorded that Dame Anne had died on 01 Apr last.

The evidence given by Anne Handford and William Tomlinson, both of the Parish of St. Andrew Holborn, London, suggests that Dame Anne Herris may have been living at St. Andrew Holborn, London, prior to her death.
