Sir Cranmer Harris was High Sheriff of Essex 1634-1635. [1]
In the Herris pedigree in the visitation of Essex of 1664-1668 he was recorded as Sir Cranmer Herris of Crixey & of Woodham Mortimer. He was married to Martha, daughter of Daniel Holford. There were two children of the marriage; Anne the wife of Car. [Charles] Mildmay and Mary the wife of Jacobi [James] Herris[10].
The Will of Sir Cranmer Harris, 1674, is held at Essex Records Office[11].
NB possible burial: Cranmer Harris buried on 22 Jul 1678 at St Bride Fleet Street, London[12].
