He and Dorothy Worthen filed marriage intentions on 24 October 1724 in Amesbury, Essex County, Massachusetts.3,4,7 Daniel Flanders died in March 1735 in Amesbury, Essex County, Massachusetts, at age 59 years and 11 months as on 1 April 1735, his widow refused to accept the division of his estate, and at that time all estates were to be administered within 30 days of death.4 His estate was probated on 4 April 1735 in Essex County, Massachusetts.3,5 Daniel's estate was inventoried on 15 April 1735 in Amesbury, Essex County, Massachusetts.4
