No record has been found of the death of Daniel Flanders, but on Apr.1, 1735, Dorothy Flanders, widow of Daniel, refused to accept the division of his estate. Since Since the General Court of the Massachusetts Bay Colony had ordered that all estates be administered within 30 days of the decease, it is probable that he died in March of that year.
