Daughter of Edmund Waller (1718-1771) and Mary Pendleton Waller (1720-1808) who were married 18 Oct 1740 in King William County, Virginia.
Her paternal grandfather, John Waller was born 23 Feb 1673. He emigrated from Buckinghamshire, England to King & Queen County, Virginia arriving before May 1696, for it was then that he bought 1,039 acres of land in Pamunkey Neck from Elias Downes. In 1701, this became King William County. John Waller married Dorothy King and built his home, Enfield, upon this land. He died in Spotylvania County, in September 1754.
