Ebenezer Reynolds of Stonington for 50 pounds to Ichabod Eccleston, Jr., dated Mar. 22, 1780, Vol. 10, page 81, one certain tract of land lying in Stonington containing about 20 acres -- beginning at a heap of stones in the middle of the highway in the line of land belonging to Charles Phelps of Stonington aforesaid; thence S 38 W 80 rods to a heap of stones standing 7 rods and 12 links S 68 E from a flat rock marked EC and EB and is a corner of Charles Philps land; thence N 38 E 95 rods to a heap of stones in the middle of the highway aforesaid, thence eastward 39 rods and 9 links to the first mentioned bound.
