Ebenezer Weeks[1] was born in 1688, son of John Weeks and Mary Rowley. He married another Mary Rowley his first cousin who was the daughter of Aaron Rowley and Mary Weeks. They had three children: Ebenezer, Elizabeth, and Lydia.

Administration of the estate of Ebenezer Weeks late of Falmouth deceased was granted 13 May 1749 to Joseph Robinson and Ebenezer Weeks, both of Falmouth. On 18 Aug 1750 her thirds were set off to the widow Mrs. Mary Weeks relict of Mr. Ebenezer
