From: Peter Klivenyi, Jan 16 2010: "I'm the descendant of Ede Stricker (brother of Salamon Stricker). They were born in Vagujhely, Austro-Hungarian Emipre (now in Slovakia). Unfortunately I do not know anything from their parents or other relatives. If you know more, please let me know...Ede was the owner of Textile Manufacture in Gács {Halič} (now in Slovakia), his wife was Laura Meringer. Salamon Stricker was a Professor of Pathology at University of Vienna, who had extensive publication in the field of medicine."

One daughter was Irene, married to Heinrich Kramer, and his mother was Charlotte Stricker (Wwe. Josef Kramer) who died in her 81st year in June 1908 [b. 1828]. Charlotte / Sarolta is buried as Kramer Józsefné Stricker Sarolta b.?-d.1908 Cemetery: Salgótarjáni út B 32 120. Charlotte's death notice says she is survived by a sister called Amalie Stricker, married Pollak, a sister-in-law listed as '"Witwe Prof. Dr. S. Stricker"' and a brother-in-law Josef Berl.
