Edward Earll Engel died September 27, 1999 in Oakwood Country Place, McMinnville, Oregon. He was 73. He was born December 1, 1925 in Marshfield, Wisconsin to Raymond and Lucy (Seely) Engel.
Mr. Engel served in the Army during World War II. He worked in maintenance at Vandenberg Air Force Base from 1962 to 1967, then moved to the West Valley area. He loved hunting and woodworking and had served as a judge for the Rabbit Breeders Association.
Survivors include two sons, Rodney Engel of Grand Ronde, Oregon and Edward Engel Jr. of Austin, Texas; three daughters, Amber Engel of Portland, Oregon, Theresa Engel of Beatty, Oregon and Dixie Bertoldo of Anderson, California.; a brother, Glen Engel of Roseburg, Oregon, a sister Norma Petermann of Solon Springs, Wisconsin and 13 grandchildren.
