Norma Delores Petermann*

Norma Delores Petermann, age 91, of Ripon, Wisconsin, passed away on Tuesday, January 26, 2016, at Pleasant Park Place. Ripon.

Norma was born in Marshfield, Wisconsin on may 8, 1924, the daughter of Raymond and Lucy (Seely) Engel. She married Elroy Petermann in Marshfield in 1943. He died December 24, 1984. Following his death she married James Drake.

Norma enjoyed being a homemaker. She was a member of Ladies of the Lake Quilt Guild of Solon Springs, Wisconsin and was a member of Our Saviour's Lutheran Church at Solon Springs. Norma served on the election board for the village of Solon Springs. She taught ceramic classes at Nor-Del Ceramics, in her home at Solon Springs .
Survivors include five children, Joyce (Steve) Seely of Ripon, Wisconsin, Elroy "Butch" (Kate) Petermann of Oshkosh, Wisconsin, Glenda (Robert) Laakkonen of Ripon, Wisconsin, Brenda (Lawrence) Wrobel of Clermont, Florida, and Jon (Ruth) Petermann of Independence, Missouri; 13 grandchildren and several great grandchildren and by many nieces and nephews.

Norma was preceded in death by her parents, her two husbands, a son Peter Pete Petermann, two brothers, one sister and by her son-in-law Steve Seely.
