Note the following use of "Hazleton".

Children born to Edward Hazelyon/Hazleton/Hazelton and Hannah/Anne at MD and Kiama;

1840 Susan; 1842 Edward; 1843 Sarah; 1845 Charles; 1848 Samuel; 1852 William; c1854 Hannah; 1855 death of Henrietta; 1856 Henrietta; 1858 Mary; 1860 Ellen.

The Obituary for Hannah, the wife of Edward, said that she had 11 children, 4 sons and 7 daughters.

This was probably him 2 years' previously;

STROKE OF PARALYSIS.--The correspondent of the Mercury says :--This morning before sunrise, Edward Hazelton, senior, of Macquarie River, who has been ailing for the last two years, was a third time struck down with paralysis. The poor old man is speechless and quite unable to help himself.
