About Lieut. Edward Francis Shea
Edward Shea served in the US Army during World War I. He first enlisted in Company G, 106th Infantry in the New York National Guard with the rank of Corporal. He was transferred to the US Army. He was appointed a 2 Lieutenant on June 11, 1918 and served oversees from Sept 23, 1918 until July 29, 1919. He was discharged on Aug 21, 1919. During the course of his service he served in the 62nd Pioneer Infantry, Company A, 4th Pioneer Infantry and Company B, 49th Infantry.
