Additionally it has been noted that in one of his descendants applications to the Church of Latter Day Saints, that Bailey's mother was recorded as "Elenora Evans". If anyone has a copy of this application it would be greatly appreciated.
Please note she is not the daughter of Phineus Davis and Pricilla Woods, whose daughter married Daniel Hayword and died in Vermont.

Probate Date: 1824 Probate Place: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA Inferred Death Year: Abt 1824 Inferred Death Place: Pennsylvania, USA Case Number: 16 Item Description: Administration Files, No 310-352, 1-27, 1823-1824
This is the Death of the Daughter of Francis Woods. Additional evidence that she is a different woman than ours.
There was an Eleonora Davis, Alias Evans shipped to America for stealing in Riccards Summers in 1745 recorded in the "Immigrants In Bondage" book on Ancestry. Probably not the same woman, unless she was incredibly young at sentencing, but worth mention.
