George and Elizabeth VINCENT’s children later brought suit for their portion of George VINCENT’s land. George VINCENT, p. 257 Worcester Co. 1830 Census: 1 male under 5 years of age, which would be James Joshua VINCENT b c 1826, died 13 Feb 1899. He was in Perry Co, AL for the 1860 census with brother David VINCENT and uncle Thomas Stanford DRISKELL. (There is yet another James Joshua VINCENT buried in Maryland!); 1 male 30-40: George VINCENT b. between 1790 – 1795, died c. 1837; 1 female under 5 (Maybe/maybe not, as she could have been born later): Sally Ann VINCENT, who married Thomas W. PHILLIPS. He and some children are buried in Salisbury Cemetery. Sally PHILLIPS was in (Plantersville) Dallas Co., Alabama in the 1870 census near brother Harvey B.
