Elizabeth Louisa "Lizzie" Pysher

Elizabeth's name on her birth certificate was listed as Lizzie Fritz and on her marriage certificate as Elizabeth Fritz. Most of the time she was simply known as Lizzie. Even though her middle initial on her gravestone lists L, her funeral record from the Hutchison Funeral Home lists her middle name as Ida after her mother. But the baptism record for her first child Elsa/Ilsa that she had with Richard Morrisey, lists her middle name as Louise which matches her gravestone initial. A confirmation record lists her middle name as Louisa which was her maternal grandmother's name.

She was the 4th born child to Charles & Ida Fritz in 1897 and gave birth to one child, Elsa before she was married to John Pysher.

She married John E. Pysher Feb, 16, 1918 at Ackermanville Pa. They had the following children, Anna, Eva, Mabel, Bertha, Ezra, Allen, Edna, Clair, Lois, Morris & an infant girl who was stillborn.

She died at Gracedale after being ill for almost two years. Lizzie was laid to rest on Friday, July 4, 1947 at 3:00 in the afternoon. The pall bearers for her funeral were Charles Rasley, Jim Sutton, Stewart Lance, Clarence Kutz, Jim Pysher & Alfred Lane. Note: David's Grandmother
