Elizabeth Wingfield was born circa 1472 at of Letheringham, Suffolk, England.7

She married Francis Hall, Esq., Alderman & Burgess of Grantham, Justice of the Peace for Lincolnshire, son of Thomas Hall, Esq. and Alice Bramswell, circa 1500; They had 6 sons (Francis; Robert; John; Edmund, Esq; Thomas; & Thomas) and 1 daughter (Alice, wife of Sir Henry Sutton).
