Elizabeth Sarah Jenkins was was the daughter of James Jenkins and Elizabeth Wright. She was first married to William Cole on September 29, 1857. After divorcing him, she married Gustave L. E. Henriod on November 17, 1860. She committed suicide.

Note that one headstone identifies her as "Elizabeth S. J." Henriod while the other identifies her as "Sarah E. Jenkins" Henriod.
