1. Edward, (May 3, 1600-1667) m. June 12, 1637, Susan, daughter of John Prettyman, of Ledyngton, Leistershire, Baronet of Nova Scotia. She died in 1693, and was buried at Calne. Succeeded by his son Sir George Hungerford (d. 1712)
2. Thomas, b. Feb 17, 1601. m. Rebecca Walleis 2s. 2da.
3. Robert, b. June 5, 1602, died young?
4. Walter, b. Mar 20, 1603, D.D. Rector of Buscot County Berkshire, married Jane, daughter of William Young of Ogborne, Wiltshire, and widow of Francis Dearing
5. Francis, b. Aug 7, 1617, married, in 1664, Elizabeth, daughter of William Keat, of Little Hinton, County Wiltshire, a physician of Redding, Berkshire. Had Francis, John, Moat, Charles, Edward, George, Elizabeth, Mary and Barbara.
