Elizabeth Livermore

Not the same as Elizabeth Kelsey

Elizabeth Hammond was baptised 1 Apr 1574 in Lavenham, Norfolk, England. [1]

Daniel Livermore was baptized in Lavenham, son of Richard Livermore, on 19 July 1579 he married Elizabeth Hammond around 1600. They had at least four children who were alive in 1633. He wrote his will on 25 Nov 1631 and was dead by 1633. He was a Potter by trade as was his son John Livermore.

"On 10 November 1633 'Rose Steward of the County of Suff[olk] widow] made her will, but it was not probated until 27 June 1649.[1] Among her many bequests were the following: to 'my wellbeloved daughter Elizabeth Livermore in the county of Essex widow"; to "Matthie Livermore my beloved grandchild daughter of the said Elizabeth"; to "William Hammond the younger the son of William Hammond my son"; to "Elizabeth Hamond daughter of the said William hamond my son my beloved grandchild:' to "Hanna Hammond another daughter of my son William Hadmonde my beloved gradchild:' to "Thomas Hammond another child of my son Hamond's"; to "Sarah Hammond another daughter of my son Hammond's"; to "John Hammond another of my son Hammond's children"; to "Daniell Livermore my well beloved grandchild & the son of my daughter Elizabeth"; to "John Livermore her son"; and to "Sara her daughter." She also made a bequest to the poor of Lavenham, and asked to be buried in Lavenham churchyard."[2]

Note 2: Thomas Hammond of Lavenham, husband of Rose, died in 1589, his will mentions: wife Ruth, son William, daughters Rose, Martha, Marie, Susan, and his sister Margaret Jollye: No mention of son Thomas.
