Sister to Jathneil Peck and Captain Samuel Peck of Rehoboth, she married first, Major Samuel Mason (his second) son of the controversial Major John Mason of Pequoit fame. Samuel's mother was Ann Peck daughter of the Separatist Robert Peck making Samuel a second cousin to his wife Elizabeth. She had at least 3 children by Samuel.

The following is thanks to Glen Mason June 2017:

"Elizabeth Peck Mason's marriage to Deacon Gershom Palmer is listed in New England marriages prior to 1700 (at ancestry.com) -- it was a 2nd marriage for both Elizabeth and Gershom. It is also discussed in Wheeler's History of Stonington (pages 509-510). There were no children listed from this marriage. Elizabeth survived her husband.

New England marriages entry under the Samuel Mason marriage:

“MASON, Samuel (1644-1705) & 2/wf Elizabeth PECK, m/2 Gershom PALMER; 4 Jul 1694 at Rehoboth; Stonington, CT” -- page 495 in New England Marriages Prior to 1700"
