Biography

John Purdy, son of Francis, married Elizabeth Brown.[1] She was baptized 1 Aug 1647.[1]

John Purdy died in 1678. His estate inventory was taken at Fairfield 26 Dec 1678

and his widow Elizabeth made oathe. She asked that her father [step father] John Hoit,

and her brother Thomas Browne (or brother Hacaliah Browne) be made overseers.[1]
