About Elizabeth Rogers
Descendant of Mayflower passengers Stephen Hopkins and Constance Snow (Hopkins)
Elizabeth was the 3rd daughter and 7th child of Nicholas Snow and Mayflower passenger Constance Hopkins Snow; she was born in early 1640 at the Snow home in Plymouth, Massachusetts, and thus was only four when the Snow family settled the Cape Cod town of Eastham, Massachusetts.Elizabeth seems to have had a normal childhood and when she was 25 years old, she married Thomas Rogers, grandson of her mother's fellow Mayflower passenger, Thomas Rogers, by his son, Lieutenant Joseph Rogers. He was a yeoman farmer in Eastham, Barnstable Co., Massachusetts. They were married in Eastham, Barnstable, MA on December 13, 1665. Between 1666 and 1675, Elizabeth and Thomas Rogers had seven children (5 sons, including one who died as an infant, and 2 daughters). On 16 June 1678, at just 38 years old, Elizabeth Snow Rogers died, leaving all her children as minors for their father to raise.[1]

Biography
Elizabeth was the 3rd daughter and 7th child of Nicholas Snow and "Mayflower" passenger Constance Hopkins Snow; she was born in early 1640 at the Snow home in Plymouth, Massachusetts, and thus was only four when the Snow family settled the Cape Cod town of Eastham, Massachusetts.
Elizabeth seems to have had a normal childhood and when she was 25 years old, she married Thomas Rogers, grandson of her mother's fellow "Mayflower" passenger, Thomas Rogers, by his son, Lieutenant Joseph Rogers. He was a yeoman farmer in Eastham, Barnstable Co., Plymouth Colony. They were married in Eastham, Barnstable, Plymouth Colony, New England, on December 13, 1665.[1]
Between 1666 and 1675, Elizabeth and Thomas Rogers had seven children (5 sons, including one who died as an infant, and 2 daughters). On 16 June 1678, at just 38 years old, Elizabeth Snow Rogers died in childbirth,[1] leaving all her children as minors for their father to raise.[2] Thomas, however, died soon after. The inventory of his estate was taken 7 Aug 1678.[3]
