Uncertain Origin
Apparently we do not have record of Elizabeth's birth, but she is believed to have been born about 1645.[1] or 1649.[2] Her origin is not documented, but she is believed to be the daughter of Francis Warren and Elizabeth (Broadrib?),[1][3] She may have been born in St. Peter's Parish, Charles City County, Virginia,[2] or she may have been born in England. DNA evidence points to Bristol, England as the origin for the Francis Warren family.[3]

Family Immigrated to Virginia?
Elizabeth may have come to Virginia with her parents. Charles Edmunds transported a total of 58 persons on 28 February 1658, recorded in two sections.[4] Two of the names were: Francis Warren, Elizabeth's father, and William Walker, Elizabeth's husband.[4] Charles Edmunds received a patent for 2750 acres beginning on North side of "Diascunn SW & running by Chickahominy SW."[4] Francis Warren obtained his own land along the main run of Chickahominy beginning in 1679.[3]

Family
Elizabeth married about 1675 at New Kent County, Virginia to William Walker.[1][3] They certainly lived in New Kent County, Virginia by 1698, when William paid taxes in St. Peter's Parish.[5] He owned 650 acres in New Kent County and 500 acres in Henrico County.[5] William died c. 1723. His will was proved in the Court which was held in August 1723 at Henrico County, Virginia.[5] William Woodson and John Walker provided securities for Elizabeth Walker, his wife, as executrix.[5]

Elizabeth and William Walker had ten children, and eight were named in Elizabeth's will:[1][5]

Elizabeth b. c. 1675, New Kent Co., VA; d. c. 1728. Married Robert ALLEN (b. 1675, St. Paul's Parish, VA; d. Oct. 4, 1756, Henrico Co., VA or Greene Co., GA).
