Elizabeth Weems

Biography

Elizabeth Lane was born in about 1708, probably in Maryland, a daughter of Samuel Lane Jr. and Sarah Harrison. She was named in her father's will dated 13 May 1715 in Anne Arundel County, Maryland. She’s named as a daughter of Samuel and Sarah in a land deed where she sells her inherited property.

She married David Weems as his first wife and they had children William, John, David, James, Lock (died in infancy), Lock, and Thomas. She died in 1738.
