Commission of letter of Marque and reprisal issued to Thmas Water, Master of the Schooner Boat called Williamta mounting 4 swivels navigated by ten men, belonging to Isaac Vanbibber, David Weems, Charles Wallace and John Muir dated the 20th October 1777.

Commission of a letter of Marque and Reprisal issued to John Burrows, Master of the Sloop called the Washington mounting eight carriage guns, six swivels and twenty muskets, navigated by twenty men, burthen sixty tons belonging to Isaac Vanbibber, David Weems and John Muir.
