p432 of the Pioneers of Massachusetts

STEBBINS, STEBBING, STEBBEN, STIBBINS, Rowland, ae. 40, with wife Sarah, ae. 43, and children Thomas, ae. 14, Sarah, ae. 11, John, ae. 8, and Elizaljeth, ae. 6, and Mary Winche, ae. 15, came in the Francis of Ipswich April 30, 1634.

"Mary Winche" (b abt 1619) is thought to have been Rowland Stebbin's niece, daughter of Elizabeth Stebbins and Thomas Winche.

She is not the daughter of daughter of Thomas. Thomas's will reads "I geve and bequeath to everye of the children of my daughter Elizabeth Lawsonne late wyfe of John Lawsonne." So someone get them confused. She is also not the daughter of James.

However, we have: 1598 – Elizabeth Stebbing the daughter of Willm Stebbing was baptised the VII day of May 1598. That's our girl Lizzie Winche.

Her father William was actually Willaim III b 1567

This site even though it is *not* well sourced (sadly) actually conforms to *most* of the baptism records I've looked at:
