It is quite likely that 'Ella' who married Naphtali / Nathan in 1824 is the same person as 'Abigail Phillips formerly Harris' who was the mother of Isabella. However, this remains to be confirmed for sure. It may in fact be that Nathan married Ella first, and then after her death married her sister Abigail. The reason for thinking this is that in the 1851 Census Esther, daughter of the then deceased Nathan Phillips is recorded as 'neice' to Abigail (then a widow), whilst Nathan's other children are recorded as being her children. Abigail was nee 'Harris', and Ella was the daughter of Solomon Zalman ^, who may have been the same man as Solomon Harris whose daughter Rose married Godfrey Phineas Phillips (see thaat record), son of Phineas Phillips and Catherine Judah.
