Per a letter, dated 8 NOV 1961, to a C. M. VAN DER MERWE, Esther TWINE, requests a certificate to prove she was the administrator of my late husbands Estate, Late P. J. TWINE, referring to a letter she sent on 6 SEP 1961 and a 5 shilling postal order.

On the letter it is noted that the copy of the certificate was issued on 19 JAN 1962.
