Ethel Levey (1881–1955; born Grace Ethelia Fowler), was a musical comedy actress and dancer known as "Queen of Ragtime"

Ethel Levey is most noted for her Broadway appearances from 1901 to 1942. She performed in such plays as "Sunny River", "Nearly a Hero", "The Governor's Son", "Go Easy, Mabel", George Washington, Jr", "Little Johnny Jones" and "Running for Office". While performing on Broadway she met and married her first husband George M. Cohan. She had one daughter with Cohan, called Georgette. Georgette Cohan followed her parents into show business and performed on Broadway.
