Euphama Myers was born in Oswego, NY. She was married about 1844 to Chester Cook Tullar in Oswego, NY. They appeared in the 1850 U.S. Census and in the 1855 New York State Census, farming in Oswego, NY. By 1860 the family had moved to Nora, Jo Daviess Co., IL. In the 1870 and 1880 U.S. Census they were living in Nodaway Co., MO. Euphama died there in 1887, age 62 years, 6 months, 18 days.
