About Fabián Millar
Fabián Millar was a Filipino lawyer and politician. He represented the first district of Tayabas (now Quezon province) at the House of Representatives of the Philippines from June 3, 1919 to June 6, 1922, and again from June 5, 1928 to June 5, 1934.
