Fanny Scovil Porter is buried in the Indian Hill Cemetery, Middletown, Connecticut. [Section #12]. The Porter brown sandstone monument is situated on a slope near the cemetery boundary that overlooks Vine Street below. Looking up from Parking Lot V (Wesleyan University), which one enters off of Vine Street, one may see the silhouette of the Porter monument on Indian Hill above.
