Kuusisto, Adolfiina Sat 10 July 1954 Fort William Daily Times Journal
Mrs. Adolfiina Kuusisto, 79, Suomi, Whitefish Lake, died at her residence Friday morning after a long illness. Born in Finland she came to Fort William with her husband in 1911. She lived here about two years and then moved to Suomi. She was predeceased by her husband, Gabriel, 10 years ago. She was a member of the Finnish Lutheran Church. Surviving are one daughter, Tyyne, Mrs. J. Darcis, 216 Ontario Street, Port Arthur, and three sons. The sons are Arvi of Nipigon, Oliver of Beardmore, and Jolin, of Suomi. There are four grandchildren and five great grandchildren. She was predeceased by a brother, Tienhaara, about one year ago. The funeral will be held at 3:15 p.m. Monday from the Everest Funeral Chapel to Riverside Cemetery for burial. Rev. J.W. Sippola will officiate.
