Frances 1st married Joseph Clark (#37481198) in 1635 and had one known child, Mary Clark known through Dewey's estate distribution. He and her father are buried in the same place,

She 2nd Thomas Dewey, married 22 Mar 1638, Windsor, Hartford, CT and they had five children: Thomas, Josiah, Anna Woodward, Israel, & Jedediah. Since Thomas Dewey first appears in Dorchester in 1633, he may have arrived on the unnamed ship from Weymouth, Dorsetshire, that landed in New England in July of 1633.

Her 3rd marriage was with George Phelps 30 Nov 1648 • Windsor, CT and had three Phelps children with him: Jacob, John, & Nathaniel. She was actually Philura's sister (George Phelps' 1st wife).

Notes

Many secondary sources identify Thomas Dewey's wife as the widow of Joseph Clark of Windsor, but Clarence Almon Torrey demolished this claim in 1928, and demonstrated that the identity of the first husband of Frances (_____) (Clark) (Dewey) Phelps remains unknown.
